Analysis
Signed and dated positions of the Foundation on the market, technology and law
The AI Business Center Foundation (AIBC) is a think tank and advisory partner that helps the boards of construction, industrial and technical-services companies adopt artificial intelligence so that it delivers measurable results and builds competitive advantage. This is where we publish our analysis and positions.
News is no longer enough for the board. A dated position has become necessary
On aibusiness.center we publish only signed and dated positions and analysis by the Foundation.
Publication principles
- Signature and date. Every analysis has an author, a date of first publication and a date of last update.
- Change history. When reality changes a thesis, we do not delete the text. We update it and describe what has changed.
- Sources. Every figure carries the name of its source and the year. We do not publish figures we have not confirmed in primary sources.
- Legal status. Texts on legislation, including the AI Act, state the date of the legal status and undergo legal review.
October 2026 update
In October 2026 we critically rewrote eight texts first published in 2025. The main changes: we took account of Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, known as the AI Omnibus, and the new timetable for applying the AI Act; we removed figures without a verifiable source and references to draft legislation that never entered into force; and we corrected simplifications concerning high-risk systems.

Frequently asked questions
What does the Foundation publish in the Analysis section?
Only signed and dated positions and analysis by the Foundation. Every figure carries the name of its source and the year, and when reality changes a thesis, we update the text and describe what has changed.
Why does each analysis carry two dates?
The date of first publication shows when the thesis was formed. The update date shows when we last checked it against reality. With every update we add a section stating what has changed and why.
Who signs the analysis?
The team of the AI Business Center Foundation. Texts on legislation are reviewed by the Member of the Management Board responsible for law and compliance, and we state the date of the legal status beneath the text.
