AIBC brings together four competences that the board of an industrial or construction company usually sources from four different advisers: digital strategy, sales and operations in industry, law, and design and construction.

President of the Management Board. Digital strategy, new technologies and business process optimisation. An analyst of the language model market. CEO of Brand Semantics (opens in a new window), a consulting and technology company that analyses and shapes how large language models present companies and products. Creator of Semantio.pro (opens in a new window), a research tool that measures how language models describe and recommend brands. Since 2017, editor-in-chief and owner of aibusiness.pl (opens in a new window), the first Polish portal about artificial intelligence in business. At the Foundation, he is responsible for the method of semantic transformation, that is, organising a company’s names, processes and data so that people, language models and board reports understand them the same way; for translating AI implementations into management reporting (from AI to BI); and for working with boards on the direction of change.
Aleksandra Wolska-Balina (opens in a new window)
Vice-President of the Management Board. Large-scale B2B sales and management in the industrial and construction sectors. Experience with enterprise-class organisations, including within the structures of Hörmann Polska. At the Foundation, she is responsible for work with manufacturing plants and construction companies: she understands how decisions are made in such organisations and where change usually stalls.
Joanna Balasińska (opens in a new window)
Member of the Management Board. Architect, member of the Chamber of Architects of the Republic of Poland (IARP) (opens in a new window), licensed to design without restriction. President of the Management Board and lead designer of the AGP1 sp. z o.o. (opens in a new window) design practice. Vice-Chair of the Lower Silesian Regional Disciplinary Court of the Chamber of Architects, awarded the IARP Gold Badge of Honour. At the Foundation, she brings the perspective of design and construction and leads the design offices and architects area.
Agnieszka Grzesiek-Kasperczyk (opens in a new window)
Member of the Management Board. Law and compliance, implementation advisory on the AI Act. She runs the MyLo (opens in a new window) law firm. At the Foundation, she is responsible for AI Act and ESG compliance and for working with businesses on aligning AI deployments with Polish and EU law.
